Odenaturae , with its luminous and green character, represents an olfactory experience that evokes peace and harmony, a journey through pristine forests and rolling hills, wild fruit scents, and fields of chamomile swaying in the wind.

Inspired by the bucolic writings of the Latin poet Virgil. Odenaturae is a love poem to Nature. A dream of harmony, imagining people respecting the planet. Odenaturae is a fragrance that imagines a dreamlike moment, an immersive journey into one’s own idyllic green dream, transporting you to a bucolic Italian landscape in late spring.

The sun is warm on the horizon, fields of aromatic herbs, swaying in the wind, carry the smell of ripe hay. We cross gentle hills, scented with wildflowers, as light clouds move across the sky. A path in the clearing leads us to discover juicy berries, as we find shelter from the sun under a noble linden tree. Joyful nature welcomes us into her arms.

MY THOUGHTS

Odenaturae: One love. If I was to find a soulmate amongst bottles, Odenaturae would be it. Soft, respectful, opinionated yet kind and loving. Infused with memories of summers long gone, spent with my grandmother. The only person that I considered a mother to myself. It hurts to write those words but the reality is such. I miss her every day. And Odenaturae gave me the beautiful illusion as if she would be near, supporting me and my life choices, and loving unconditionally.

Odenaturae is packed with sage, chamomile, hay, broom, immortelle and honeysuckle (can be orange blossom, I didn’t check the notes listed). I can detect them instantly in this composition. Overwhelmingly beautiful fragrance that is very personal to me and hereby hard to describe. Everyone will see its beauty, no doubt. I would love to keep my thoughts on it to myself, the little introvert I am, but most of you have not tried Odenaturae yet.

So to sum it up: it is a treat if you are familiar with northern hemisphere meadows in summer. Ones that are filled with buzzing bees, countless plants, flowers and herbs. About resting in the shadow under huge oak tree while crushing chamomile and dandelion leaves between fingers while making a floral headpiece. That is what Odenaturae is about.
